@NatashaCL7 From what I found depends on the country. Both are correct. USA = gray UK, Canada etc = grey

Honestly, I’m a 41 year-old published author of three novels, and I still don’t know if it’s gray or grey. Okay? 🤷‍♀️🤣

@Angelamac33367 It’s when you’ve got an agent offer, but you’re not making the announcement yet. This period of time is to see if other agents also want to offer (and then to make your decision)

The “vague” period is just as psychologically torturous as I remembered 😅 maybe worse. It’s a good problem to have, but I’m driving myself crazy 🤪

@KT_Carlisle I just looked up Publish Drive and it says they use AI tools for cover design, marketing and other things.

I may try trad again with future projects, but right now, my faith has been too rocked by recent events to justify going on sub with a series that's already proven its popularity and deserves to be in readers' hands. Expect a release date announcement sometime this summer for WITCH AMONG US. 👀 ✨ After experiencing the absolute nightmare that is IngramSpark's deteriorating customer service over the past year, I've canceled all of my titles with them and have made them all available on KU. So, now you can read all my ebooks for free on KU. 💁🏻‍♀️ For any authors out there interested in going wide, use Publish Drive instead. They offer far better support and higher royalties for your work. ✨ In light of recent events, I will be instituting a contract with all current and existing clients stating that I have not now nor will I ever feed their work into AI checkers, use AI to edit their work, or have AI generate any portion of my edit letters. I will also be asking clients to sign a similar statement that says they did not use AI to assist with the drafting of their manuscripts.
