@EleanorKonik @ceaubin 8/10 times if you’re a good employee and are late once or twice because of unforeseen circumstances they’ll be understanding. It’s when it’s a repeat offense it becomes an issue. That’s just my experience in the service industry though.

@ceaubin Tell me you've never worked the opening shift in retail without telling me. I had a fifteen minute window to clock in during, and missing it was absolutely a problem, you can get away with it once it twice if your car breaks down or whatever, but is not "no problem."
