Hi @Delta @AmericanExpress is anyone even working? If you're going to provide a number to call and there's no one available or there's a wait time, at least gave decency to let your customers know. 45 mins plus on hold is ridiculous

#JoyRide is embarrassing. Incredibly unpleasant. Like most modern adult "comedies" it's raunchy simply to be raunchy, forgetting there has to be humor attached, and there's none of that. Objectifies men, targets white people. All shock value, "look at me" attitude.

My biggest takeaway from the Titan story is that we absolutely could have coordinated, multinational efforts to ensure no migrant dies crossing the sea and we choose not to.
