I mean what else can I say about this show that hasn’t already been said? It’s probably Seth MacFarlene’s most likable show with charming characters that make for endless funny and even heartwarming scenarios. Here’s a couple of my favorite gags from this season in particular:

Despite being retired and having achieved total financial freedom since a little over a year by now. I only recently start realizing how much of an edge "people that can afford it" have in terms of health and wellbeing vs others. 1/ Working all day long + running a family = no time to workout or any sport related activity most of the time. 2/ Medical exams or in depth assesments by specialists to improve your life - hormones - deficiencies? To costly! For the record: I've always worked out. I always loved going to the gym to keep a decent figure and my weight in check. Even while "on the grind" during a busy lifestyle. But today I can do it more consistently + the last couple of months I've really deep dived into body optimization on a blood/medical level. I do plenty of own research as well (another advantage of having time for that): And the number 1 complaint or feedback I see only on forums: - Is it costly? - How much you need to spend monthly if you're on a treatment plan? - Does your insurance cover anything of it? I totally get it and that's my entire point: If your struggling each month there is simply no room for extra and health becomes secondary. Ofcourse you can still do PLENTY of stuff to not neglect your health without financial freedom. (smoking, drinking, drugs, unhealthy food). Those things will already take you far. But further optimization? I only notice right now how someone can truly further optimize and check things through a urologist for example. Not just for my hormone balance as a woman. But for men it's the same. Hormone treatment is a SERIOUS thing of this age (testosterone declining rapidly). I live in Portugal. And I especially notice all the "wealthier expats" come in and go to the gym every morning. Go to the group lessons (Zumba, bodypump, HIT, ...) or spend more more money on food maxing (less unhealthy fats and more nutritional value). At first I thought it was solely going to be my freedom I would have bought back. No alarm clocks, no commitments or responsibilities to any other person/boss out there, filling in my own day. And this has absolutely been great! But the time and capital I can also put into health optimization? = +++ Curious what else will and can be improved in multiple years from now.
