@SoakandSleep unable to call as your phone is ‘disabled’, no one is answering emails and chat bot on website isn’t answering - terrible customer service. I’ve only received part of my order. Can someone get back to me please!

@SofologyHelp 7 months waiting for our order today was meant to be delivery day…still waiting after our time a lot has long gone! Absolute joke, on the phone for over an hour still waiting! Knew we shouldn’t have trusted your company, we now have NO FURNITURE TO SIT ON!!!

Now we have to wait until Wednesday as apparently you need 48 hours to reschedule!!

2 hours wait to be told the warehouse hasn’t put our order on the delivery van!!!

@SofologyHelp Ordered early April, 5 months later I still haven’t got a delivery date - 1 & half hours wait on the phone, to be cut off when I got to no2, email sent 4 days ago, no reply, online chat, no response..wonder if Sally Hopson/Iain Haynes know how poor their service is!

@SofologyHelp Hi - I’m trying to get get an update on my delivery, no one is answering your phones or your online chat…our expected delivery date has been changed twice and the latest one is today, yet we’ve not heard a thing. Order no is 2869734/1 can someone look into this.

@British_Airways Hi Team - I have flight booking for September 1st, I’m trying to change it to a future date (next year) but the ‘manage my booking’ page is telling me I can’t change it further than 365 days from the *booking* date (Dec 2020) - can you assist please?

@Angie63 A ticket is valid, one year from the date of purchase, meaning all flights need to have been taken within one year of making the booking. If you booked after 03 March 2021 and are due to travel in December 2021, you can request a voucher to extend the validity until April 2023.

@British_Airways I booked in December 2020 are are due to fly September 2021

@British_Airways Your website states ‘bookings made from 3 March 2020 for journeys due to have been completed by 30 April 2022’ are able to change dates?

I want to share some personal news. From the end of next week, I’m going to be away from work for a little while as I’m about to undergo treatment for kidney cancer in the safe hands of the NHS. Personal statement:
