@kroger I was just told that a hearing impaired person would not be able to text the phone number on the sign to pick up a grocery order. How are you working with your hearing impaired customers to communicate with Clicklist when it’s time to pick up a grocery order?

All @sprint employees have told us it could take 24 hours, but the last one we spoke with told us it could take up to 5 days. Just trying to get a straight answer.

Hey @sprint how long does it take you to unlock a phone? Request was made 11/11/19, early termination fee was paid after the close of business on 11/12/19, your website says it takes up to 2 days, but my college student is still unable to use his phone.
