A wild rumor is circulating about a possible Morgan Rielly–Steven Stamkos trade, but there is currently no established NHL insider confirming that negotiations are underway. From a cap perspective, the framework is plausible: Rielly carries a $7.5 million cap hit through 2029-30, while Stamkos is signed at $8 million through 2027-28. Toronto would gain a proven goal-scoring forward, while Nashville would add a mobile, offense-driving defenseman. I do find it odd that for over two decades the nashville predators could be referred to as “predators” or “preds” and everybody would be normal about it but then suddenly some time around the pandemic everyone went into some mass psychosis and can’t be normal about that anymore

I’m a tiny bit surprised jeff kealty is out just because I figured since he didn’t go with poile’s kid that he was gonna stick around. I was fine if they kept him alongside all the other changes but him leaving takes the front office turnover ever further so I’m all for it

@sportspainme15 @rbbq He’s a fun dude at the very least, yeah that was always his tribal outfit on survivor lol. He thrived in survivor by creating chaos and taking advantage of the fallout of the chaos so I’m not entirely sure if that’s something that he can translate to big brother

@FierceFalcon @CoolHockey I haven’t had any issues personally with any of the fanatics premium jerseys I’ve gotten since they took over for adidas, they’re pretty much identical to the adidas ones. I definitely don’t like the fanatics logo at the back of the neck though lol

Told myself if I got a cool player in the mystery box that I’d get another one. The Ovechkin jersey was so cool that I had to follow through and get another. Ended up with one of my favourite jerseys and a team I don’t own yet, so I’d call that a win. #CHMysteryBox @CoolHockey

I ordered a mystery box from coolhockey because I think they’re a fun way to get jerseys of teams or players I wouldn’t buy otherwise. Got lucky and knocked this one out of the park, hard to get a cooler player than Ovechkin. #CHMysteryBox @CoolHockey

Can’t say I’ve ever had any strong opinions positive or negative of mikael backlund, certainly not the flashiest name in the world but I’ve always loved the flames jerseys so if I’m gonna find one then it’s not bad to land a career flame with a C. It’s certainly no Ovi though aha
