Perhaps the houses will still be needed. Many houses in this country are terrible. They're small, either at the end of their life cycle or new and build with no care. The houses are too close together, and I don't mean the nice old streets, I mean the lower and middle class housing. Many public spaces like parks need some attention, not to mention roads, bridges, schools and government buildings. Much of the building done, was done either while compromised due to the brown people, or by the people who let the browns here in the first place. It is important, how we live, how our spaces impact our lived experience is greatly improved with architecture that is good. So much needs to be built, rebuilt or refitted.
