Finally, I have hard proof that I am an excessively healthy eater. Decided to investigate if I was actually getting all of my nutrients in while on my diet. So I downloaded Chronometer and input what my daily food intake looks like. My daily calories are around 1400-1500 calories per day, but I also exercise a ton (1.5 to 2.5 hours a day, 6 days a week), so I net to about 1000-1200 calories a day (assuming I am burning at least half of the calories my fitness watch calculates). I'm pleased that I am doing very well on the nutrition front. I'm a little behind in calcium (96% daily value), but some days I eat cheese and yogurt and some days I do not (today is not a cheese and yogurt day). The "immune support" is low because I do not really eat Omega-6 (and I will not eat it), so I'm not so worried about that. I am at my daily Omega-3 which is good enough for the Omegas. Other low areas are in the antioxidants tab. I will have to keep and eye on beta-carotene (currently 57% daily value), lutein+zeaxanthin (currently 86% daily value), and lycopene (69% daily value). Not too worried about the beta-carotene as I am at 119% daily value for Vitamin A when including protein sources. The lower lutein+zeaxanthin just means I need to start having some more squash and eggs a couple times a week. The lower lycopene means I need to up my watermelon intake. All of my other stats are at 98/99% because I am *slightly* low on calcium (96%) and copper (98%), which is negligible. I take Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 supplements daily as well. I will take zinc and iron supplements on lower protein days. Maintaining all of this nutrition is a delicate balance while in a deep calorie deficit, especially when factoring in the amount of exercise I do. I don't think any of my nutrition is an issue, and it likely balances out over the week, when factoring in the different foods I eat. This is just a single snapshot. Today is a heavy protein day, so I'm eating about 170 grams of protein total after a long week of working out (4 hours weight lifting, 2 hours strength training, 6 hours cardio). I'll have roughly 130 grams of carbs and 38 grams of fat. My fat intake is a little low today, but like I said... today is not a cheese and yogurt day. Today is a high-protein day. My total estimated calories consumed today will be about 1445 kcal. My fitness watch is likely to report 700 calories burned today from intentional exercise of 1 hour incline walking on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training. Due to fitness trackers being unreliable, I am going to assume I am burning at least 350 calories from exericse today and so my net calories will be about 1095 kcal. I've had people suggest I go lower on a calorie deficit to reach my weight loss goals faster, but it's a difficult thing to do while trying to factor in all of your nutrition. Remember, I've already lost 130lbs over 4 years with no regain, no surgery, no GLP-1s. The zero regain is due too actually eating nutrionally well. Supplements are okay... but they're not nearly as good as getting your vitamins and minerals from whole foods. My goals is to just continue upping my exercise over time and slightly decreasing calories as my weight continues to fall. Right now I divide my exercise into 4 groups: 1) Weight Lifting, 2) Strength Training, 3) Zone 2 Cardio, 4) Zone 3 Cardio. I've already maxed out Weight Lifting at 4 hours a week. In August, I am increasing my strength training from 2 to 3 hours a week. I'm hoping by September, I'll increase my Zone 2 cardio from 3 to 4 hours a week. Zone 3 will take much longer and I will likely not be able to up it from 3 to 4 hours a week until next spring when I intend to start running. My biggest struggle at the moment is appetite, which is why I've gone so hard on protein lately. It's good for repairing my muscles, as I work out so much. But hopefully I will not need as much the more weight I lose. So that is an caloric area I intend on cutting in the future. I mean, 170 grams of protein today is A LOT. I won't be hungry. But hopefully I'll only need like 100 grams a day after I lose the next 25lbs or so. Same for carbs, as I am sure I can safely reduce to around 100 grams a day over time. Anyways, if you have any questions, please let me know. I'll put my entire food diary for today in the comments once I'm done eating this evening and I can confirm everything is correct. *note* my Vitamin B12 intake is so high because I have a condition that prevents me from adequately absorbing B12. So don't be concerned that it's at like 84,000% daily value, haha. I also take digestive enzymes to help with this condition and make sure all of my nutrition is being properly absorbed.

One of the best indicators for a successful long-term relationship is marrying within your class (i.e. socioeconomic status and cultural background). Whenever I see these relationships like "He makes $700k and she makes $80k" all I can think is, they probably shouldn't be dating. They have those two different salary ranges for a reason. If it was $700k and $250k, even that woud be significantly better. Although neither are not nearly as good as "He makes $700k and her dad makes $700k as well."

WTF Two cars almost hit me. One slammed on his breaks in front of me and I swerved to avoid it. And as I pulled back onto the road, another deliberately entered my lane and almost side swiped me, literallt inches from my car. I also narrowly avoided that one. I think someone just tried to pull a 3rd world insurance scam on me... and literally the turn before my street.
