@hshin77 @ronmortgageguy the buyer is making a massive profit? Buying a tiny condo at $1M, not much upside room is there. The developer lockks in his profit from the very beginning but it could take a couple of years to complete the build that is a long runway for risk with these pre-construction deals

The 416 Condo Crash Never Stops CRASHING A Pre-Construction Buyer thought he got away with just losing his $50K deposit 2 years ago when he told the Builder that he refused to close on a Condo that had experienced a massive loss of value He heard nothing for 2 years Then BOOM

@matejmatej992 @ClarksonsFarm1 if you hire someone and then say well I am not making as much profit as I expected then thats your fault, maybe the business isnt that great but complaining that you are not making as much money is no one elses problem but your own

@Angus1349511 @ClarksonsFarm1 You are building a business from which you expect to earn more money than working somewhere. So having an employee is actually cheaper. Why would i start a business where i earn less than if i am employee somehwere?

@matejmatej992 @ClarksonsFarm1 I agree to a point so when you start a business the expectation is you earn more money and enjoy other things being your own boss. The problem is if your business can not afford to pay a decent wage to hire someone to do the work for you then you need to do the work yourself

@matejmatej992 @ClarksonsFarm1 all these shitty businesses that can not afford to pay proper wages should either do the work themselves or do not open the business, the market is saying it is a shit business model if you depend on min wage labour, aka slave labour

@DevilOfHaven @Tablesalt13 @grok if it drags the CAD lower inflation on everything else and also manufacturers will raise prices on Canadians to soften the blow to their exports. Consumers already strapped so Job cuts incoming

@Tablesalt13 @grok everyone screaming recession. the exemption list is longer than the tariff list. energy alone is approximately 1/3 of exports and it's untouched. targeted jab, not a knockout

A tariff on Canada is a tax on the American people. We want to work with our American friends and allies, but we won’t back down from threats.

@MelissaLMRogers The US tariffs will push the CAD lower which will increase inflation for us consumers. Candian exporters taking a hit will then raise prices domestically to make up for their losses increasing inflation. If Canada then adds tariffs then it makes things even worse

If Doug FORD believes a tariff from America is a TAX on the American people, why would FORD propose hitting the US "tariff for tariff, dollar for dollar” Wouldn’t that be a TAX on the Canadian people 👀 Doesn’t seem very TEAM CANADA 🇨🇦

@FrankfortDarryl Not a confidence problem. They simply built a product no one wants. They built tiny condos and probably for the Air BnB market. Governments wanted to close that down as it impacts hotels and is more or less unregulated so the condo developers took a hit trying to be clever

Toronto condos are averaging under $500K and buyers still aren't rushing in. Everyone said price was the problem. Prices dropped. Where's the rush? Maybe I'm missing something. Or maybe confidence was the problem all along, and confidence doesn't come back with a discount.

@Choclodocus1 @davidicke I never said there wasnt inteligience. This is all a play of consciousness, just like when we dream. When we are in a deep sleep and then we dream then go into deep sleep again this is the hint of reality. The waking state we call the universe is the dream all is consciousness

This is absolute bollocks. Yes, there is a tracking system orchestrated from another dimension (where human control really originates), but it's nothing to do with 'evolution' and everything to do with ongoing and expanded control in a reincarnation loop. See The Road Map.
Kekius Maximus@Kekius_Sage

NASA physicist Thomas Campbell states the universe tracks every human decision to measure individual spiritual growth. This system operates like a cosmic feedback loop, testing whether our avatars choose love over chaos.

@Choclodocus1 @davidicke We live in a world of duality, subject object and we are both subject and object as we can switch perspective. Then as the subject, aware of objects we get a sense of something observing us which peope refer to as the witness. This is simply awareness. When there is nothing

@Choclodocus1 @davidicke It is like a movie or dream, spontaneous. The cause and effect is part of the dream. How the double split experiment works is all part of the dream. When we go into deep sleep there is seemingly nothingness but awareness that is not self aware.

So after about 100 years of interprovincial alcohol trade barriers, the Premiers have decided to lift those barriers BECAUSE OF President Trump Canadians should be thanking the President, because otherwise Premiers and provinces would’ve continued these trade barriers 👀
