The UK bent over backwards to prove it wasn’t the enemy.
It recognised a Palestinian state.
It tolerated mass anti-war protests—even when crowds chanted openly hateful slogans.
It refused to designate Iran’s IRGC as a terrorist organisation.
It stayed out of a direct US-Israel confrontation with the Iranian regime.
And still—it wasn’t enough.
A synagogue in Manchester was attacked.
Jewish charity ambulances in London were burned.
So let’s drop the illusion: this violence isn’t a reaction to UK foreign policy. It isn’t something that can be appeased away with concessions or restraint.
It’s targeted hatred—and it must be stopped with action, not just words.

@Anguscurran Our accent comes mainly from the counties of Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny in the southeast of Ireland.
In the mid-1800s, 50% of the Newfoundland population were of Irish descent, mainly from those 3 counties.

Much of the anti-Semitism & the free rein that is allowed can be traced back to May 16, 2021. A Muslim convoy drove through Jewish areas St John's Wood, Finchley Road, & near Golders Green.
The men from Blackburn, shouted antisemitic abuse, inc threats such as "f*** the Jews, f*** their daughters, & mothers, rape their daughters" & calls to "show your support for Palestine".
The CPS did decide to prosecute, but when Asif Ali, 26, Adil Mota, 27, Mohammed Iftikhar Hanif, 28, & Jawaad Hussain, 25, arrived at the Magistrates Court, all of a sudden the charges were dropped.
As they had appeared in court, they could not be privately prosecuted. Utter cynicism, utter two-tier justice.

Has now stopped a migrant - who failed to disclose he's a n0nce convicted of abusing a 5YO - from being deported.
Lodato said it was simply an "honest mistake" - and he can appeal. 😖
