@AmericanAir so confused .. we were on time and had a good plane. Different flight was delayed so to shorten that delay you gave them our plane and you gave us theirs which had an issue and now we are delayed even more? Is that common?

@_Americanarjes Frustrating part is @Avis only open till 1am so chances of me getting car tonight to head to my event tomorrow .. unlikely then I get 6hrs in IND to wait for rental car just because someone wanted to share the delay across 2 flights instead of one?
