@HP @HPSupport Now the customer support itself has stopped responding. This is just pathetic at this point. Put me on hold and just left. It has been well over 7hrs now. Still no solution.

@HPIndia @HPSupport Horrible horrible experience just re-registering a case for issue with my Hp omen 16 laptop. Still online chatting to the support on WhatsApp since 12:30pm almost 5 hrs later still no solution. Didn’t expect this kind service at all.
