@Dogtown7 @RealEmirHan Lost resolved the majority of the mysteries and the characters were always at the heart of the journey. You either didnt watch it, forgot or didn’t understand it.

@RealEmirHan Ending was great, just not for this show. Howabout resolve the mysteries. Nobody gave an F if they met up in the afterlife. What about the 3 toes? Anyways, first clue JJ abrams sucked.

The ending of LOST was incredibly bold for their time and it still feels that way today. Characters reuniting in afterlife is such deep character exit. Originally, plan was for Jack to face the Man in Black inside a volcano

@Bestofsopranos I loved the Kevin Finnerty sequences. People with room temperature IQ's had no idea how to comprehend these scenes. It gave the show an extra element. Just beautifully done.

Twenty years later, this is still one of the most powerful scenes in The Sopranos.

@_motherslug OBAA hate is silly. The source adapted material is dense and kooky, it’s fun, energetic w killer fresh performances. I admire it’s not pretending to be about anything other than…A few small beers:)

I made a new friend over the weekend and she just texted me, “Did I hear right that you haven’t seen OBAA?” and I’m trying to figure out the appropriate way to respond without presenting myself as a complete psycho.

@TheCinesthetic Nothing but love for Kim but Rhea’s character in one season of Pluribus was more impressive to me.

Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul is one of the strongest characters across the entire Breaking Bad universe. Her arc lingers longer than anyone else’s.

Why does Bob Dylan occupy a higher cultural tier than Paul Simon? They are at worst, the same level songwriter, and Simon can actually sing Simon’s career also spans Simon & Garfunkel AND his solo work Simon also makes more global music (South Africa / Brazil influences)

@keysersoze13_13 @CinemaTweets1 The finale is presently running at 9.5 / 10 on IMDB. Thats higher than any episode of Industry has ever managed. I am guessing the final episode of Succession will be Harper announcing she is pregnant by Eric.😀

There’s a hole in my heart where Succession used to be. I’m strongly debating diving into Industry. I haven’t made the jump yet. But every Sunday, I’m reminded of how much I miss having a show like Succession in my life. Not sure if I’ll rewatch this or The Sopranos. I miss it.

Having a hard time listening to music right now. Would love some recommendations for easy-to-digest instrumentals, preferably on the melancholy side but not too dark.

@mornings0da Nah, Hard disagree. It’s become cool to hate this show. BB was a unique character study. It felt dangerous, adventurous, unpredictable & there was plenty of levity. Aesthetically raw with a cast that complimented each other beautifully. Grade A TV on its worst day.

I’m ready to get yelled at. Breaking Bad is good but not great. It’s entertainment, not art. The upper echelon of television does not include BB
