Yesterday, by EOD, we got a lead who liked our initial DM. So, as a trial, we thought of sending a new message, believing that it would work, as we were already figuring out how to crack the market. And it worked! So, I feel it is good to take chances as a salesperson.

The math on design is wild. Build your brand early: $8K–$15K. Fix it 2 years later when everything’s messy: $25K–$50K, easy. Same brand outcome. Very different price. And that’s before the time lost in transition. Good design helps you pitch better, convert better, & compound

Is sales really black and white — either cold or warm approach? I guess not. Over the last few weeks, we started using a method where we begin with a warm message and then send our cold message to them. As a matter of fact, it worked!

Life can be simple, but I make it complicated. I take on too many things at once because my ego wants to feel important and unstoppable. The fix is boring but powerful: pick one thing, go all in, master it, then move to the next. And choose the uncomfortable right decision.

We realized a lot of daily work doesn’t need a human. Once we mapped our workflow, the repetitive parts were obvious. So we automated them: outreach, lead gen, follow-ups. Still personalized.If you want to scale, automate repetition. Use your brain where it actually matters.

AI made building SaaS easy, but... Most products now look identical. Execution is cheap. Judgment isn’t. Users don’t compare features first. They compare how fast the product made sense. Good design absorbs complexity. Bad design exposes it. Differentiator = Clarity.

Heard a story about a family saved in a car crash because one member had Apple. The phone alerted relatives instantly. Helped them arrive on time. The interesting part isn’t the tech. Good design isn’t always visible. Sometimes it only shows up when everything else fails.

If something is working, should you change it to get better results? My sales DMs were performing well. I switched the method. Results dropped. Went back to the old one. It worked again. The lesson: don’t change a working system until you understand why it works.

Saw a reel where a client said, “Is this why I’m paying 2 lacs? Everything’s on AI?” The problem isn’t AI. It’s expectations. AI isn’t a shortcut. It amplifies human thinking. If you’re just copying prompts, backlash is fair. Educate clients. Be transparent.
