The Supreme Court ruled 8-1 today (Chiles v. Salazar) that Colorado’s 2019 law banning licensed therapists from “conversion therapy” on minors violates the 1st Amendment as viewpoint discrimination.
The law barred talk therapy trying to change a minor’s sexual orientation/gender identity or reduce same-sex attractions, but allowed affirming care, identity exploration, or transition support. Therapist Kaley Chiles (using only talk therapy) sued, arguing it blocked client-chosen goals.
Gorsuch (majority): States can’t censor speech based on disfavored views; 1A protects the “free marketplace of ideas” against enforced orthodoxy.
Jackson dissented: It’s valid regulation of harmful professional conduct per medical consensus.
History: Practice long debated; major groups (APA etc.) deem it ineffective/harmful since 1970s, spurring 20+ state bans from 2012 on. Ruling focuses on speech rights, not endorsing the therapy.

BREAKING: In an 8-1 ruling, the Supreme Court announced this morning that Colorado’s ban on so-called conversion therapy violates First Amendment free speech rights. Gorsuch wrote the majority opinion. Jackson was the lone dissent.
“The First Amendment stands as a bulwark against any effort to prescribe an orthodoxy of views, reflecting a belief that each American enjoys an inalienable right to speak his mind and a faith in the free marketplace of ideas as the best means for finding truth,” the Court ruled. “Laws like Colorado’s, which suppress speech based on viewpoint, represent an egregious assault on both commitments.”

I’ve NEVER seen a B2B company fail to scale with ABM when they build signal infrastructure that automatically scores, routes, and alerts.
That said…
I just built this ABM playbook for you to steal.
8 steps from ICP model to realtime CRM updates with intent signals and dedicated Slack channels for warm leads.
I recorded a full video breaking down the entire workflow.
It covers:
• The 8-step framework from ICP to activation
• How we track 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party signals
• The awareness scoring model (5 stages)
• CRM automation structure
• How Slack channels keep reps focused on warm leads
And a WHOLE lot more.
Comment "ABM" and I'll DM you the guid3.
PS - This is the same playbook we deploy for clients with $60K+ ACV deals.

I just built an AI agent that's completely running my google ads
it's connected to my google ads data, my google analytics data, my posthog data, and my stripe data
it does the keyword research, builds the ads, analyzes the conversion data, analyzes the stripe data, allocates ad spend budget
entirely autonomous
you just plug your company in
and growth starts happening

Huge shift in video AI happening right now
Most video AI products have the same flaw... they waste your time. Sora and Veo can generate beautiful clips.
But the user experience is still the same: prompt, wait, render and realize thats not the video you want.
OpenAI says Sora generations can take hours at peak Google says a 4-second Veo 3 clip can take minutes
That is why LTX-2.3 by @LTXStudio matters
Because the real breakthrough in video AI is not just better quality. It’s the move toward real-time generation.
The LTX line has been pushing toward this for a while. In earlier LTX research, Lightricks showed **5 seconds of 24 fps video generated in 2 seconds on an H100**.
Video AI is starting to move from render queue to real time. And once that happens, the category changes.
Users will stop accepting delay. They will expect video generation to feel immediate, and iterate prompts based on visual feedback in realtime.
The winner in video AI will not just be the model with the best output. It will be the one that kills the wait.

REPEAT AFTER ME
Reddit comment count is a ranking factor RIGHT NOW
There's a method where you can generate 50 Reddit comments for $0.50 a pop
THE SOP
1. Own a subreddit in your niche
2. Export top posts from related subs
3. Rewrite and post with your mod account
4. Generate 50 comments with one click
5. Approve them as mod
6. Watch your posts rank
NO ONE is doing this at scale (BESIDES THE VPN COMPANIES)
Comment "REDDIT" + like this post and I'll DM you the method (must be following)

Affiliates have generated $39,000+ for Gojiberry.ai in the past few months.
And the best part:
That number is almost doubling every month.
So I documented the entire system.
In this guide I explain:
• How we manage our affiliates
• The exact tool we use to track everything
• How we promote the program to attract new affiliates
If you want the doc:
RT + comment “AFF” and I’ll send it to you.

Growing on LinkedIn is simpler than you think.
In 12 months, @dan__rosenthal and I generated 10,000,000+ LinkedIn impressions.
(75% of our pipeline comes directly from LinkedIn)
This is the singular reason LinkedIn is crushing for us right now:
We treat it like a system.
7 things specifically make up this system:
• Conversion
• Audience building
• Contact Capture
• Audience warming
• Top-of-funnel content (70%)
• Middle-of-funnel content (20%)
• Contact Capturecontent (10%)
And after lots of trial and error, we built this Notion system to:
1. Get ideas down quickly
2. Develop them systematically
3. Collaborate with the design team
It includes our framework on how to plan a LinkedIn content strategy:
• Content Types
• Content Pillars
• Content Formats
• Content Calendar
Plus a post creation template with our own custom embedded LinkedIn previewer.
Today, I’m giving the entire thing away for free
Want it?
Comment "NOTION"
And I'll send over our template.

Your feature didn’t fail
Your communication did
Most updates are:
a paragraph
a screenshot
“we’re excited…”
Customers don’t read. They scan.
So we built Ngram: prompt → feature announcement video.
Guess how many human hours went into this video for @WisprFlow 😝

Two months into beta, the signal is loud: demand for AI-native video in business is surging.
Not because video is trendy.
Because video communicates what static docs often miss:
clearer context
faster alignment
better retention
stronger action
Launch updates land better.
Product demos become easier to understand.
Onboarding clicks faster.
Customer education actually sticks.
Most teams are not struggling to create more information.
They are struggling to make information understood.
That is the shift we are seeing with Ngram.
