@AnkiDroid First I'd heard of it. Please offer top position for answer buttons. I cannot safely carry my phone on long walks while answering cards one handed, and I do not foresee changing a habit more than a decade old. Did I miss the option?

Should AnkiDroid experiment with AI-powered card generation?

@AnkiDroid if I am allowed to dream I would say: upload a pdf or epub file and it generates text bast flash cards, but he orders it in te same order as the info is in the book. With a page number on the card as wel for reference.

@AnkiDroid It's a near-perfect app for me although I'm by no means a power-user. I do think that it could benefit from some better notification setting such as custom times to receive notifications.

@AnkiDroid I have a deck with custom settings to ensure I see them at least once a year (maximum review interval 365 days); otherwise I just press Good. Sometimes the card is just "Remember ...", other times it has important details like the above for building family traditions around

@hiAndrewQuinn Out of curiosity, what button do you press then? Anki is a spaced repetition system, there is more and more space between reviews, I wonder how it interacts with the desire to see souvenirs.

many of you know I'm a heavy and daily user of the spaced repetition app, Anki what some of you may not know is one of my main use cases is putting photos and scenes of meaningful events from my life in there so i can occasionally think back to them and smile
