According to the Advocates Act of 1961, only advocates whose names are currently enrolled with a State Bar Council and hold a valid Certificate of Practice (CoP) are authorized to practice law, which includes appearing and arguing in courts. Technically you are not entitled to appear, plead, or practice before courts/tribunals. Fyi, non-practicing advocate generally should not present in court as an advocate/counsel wearing band for appearance or arguments. Casual presence in court premises is different from formally appearing and practicing.

I don't want ac at 27 or 28, it shd be around 24 sustained and in the starting it starts at lower temperatures. In my car I keep it at 22 or 20 sometimes for faster cooling. It's not abt energy crisis but the whole govt shd mandate a higher temperature is pretty counter productive in our country bc ppl don't run it full time. At the same time ppl shd be wary that excessive cooling by AC dries ur lungs, all while ur body is cooled, that's why most ppl get dehydration and vomiting due to AC... So don't be excessive, it's not the best thing for health.

Japan recommends setting AC temperature to 27-28 degrees and nobody calls it "poor energy management", "third world sad country vibes". People respect tbat mandate & follow if they want to. But PM recommends we save fuel due to an international crisis- Indians start losing it.
