New cashback rules (from 21 Mar ‘26):
• Max ₹200 per txn
• Max ₹600 per merchant/month
• Max ₹2000/month
Excluded MCCs:
• Grocery (5411)

• Utilities (4900)
• Insurance (6300)
So technically, Amazon Pay GVs shouldn’t earn 10% anymore.

I've given my Ola today at Udhana service centre for the same disgusting problem - Scooter issue, please restart. But no concrete reply recd as to when I can expect my Ola back for use. Such arrogance is a disgrace.
