if you are in your 40s and not on epitalon you are leaving years on the table and if your parents are over 60 and you actually care about them this matters more for them than for you here is what is happening after 40: - telomerase activity drops sharply - telomeres shorten with every cell division - short enough, the cells stop dividing - pineal gland begins to calcify - melatonin production falls - sleep quality deteriorates - cellular repair slows down - inflammation rises - biological age accelerates faster than chronological age epitalon directly reverses this process - stimulates telomerase production - lengthens telomeres in human cell studies - restores pineal gland function - melatonin production recovers - reactivates genes responsible for cell repair and regeneration - reduces oxidative stress markers a 6 year study showed ~40% reduction in mortality among elderly. this is not a supplement. this is not a vitamin. this is the most researched longevity bioregulator in existence. incredibly important russian research overshadowed by the cold war. developed by khavinson over 40 years of gerontology research. the people who will benefit most are not us biohackers. our parents will. the longevity protocol i run: - 2 epitalon caps at night. - 30 days on. - then 2-3 months off. adjust based on response. sourcing: wasted money on bad epitalon before. only epitalon vendor i trust: us domestic yourprotocol.co/products/epita… not medical advice.

SS-31 gets grouped in as an “energy peptide,” but that framing misses what’s actually useful about it. Most things people use for energy are pushing output. More fuel, more stimulation, more throughput. SS-31 is working underneath that. It helps stabilize the inner mitochondrial membrane, specifically cardiolipin, which is critical for how electrons move through the system. When that’s off, you get inefficiency. Energy gets lost. ROS goes up. Things feel noisy. So instead of trying to produce more energy, you’re tightening up how energy is made. That’s why it stacks so well. You clean up the system first, then everything you add on top actually works the way it’s supposed to.

That viral essay is right. AI is basically covid. You catch it and then suddenly you have no taste, you stop working, and whatever your team in DC is or is not doing about it at the moment is the most important thing you could possibly talk about.

Inside this latest Trump-Mamdani meeting: -Last time the two met, Trump asked him to return with ideas to build big things. Mamdani came back with a massive housing proposal -Mamdani's team created mock headlines to show Trump how such a project would be received. He was "very enthusiastic." -Mamdani pushed for release of Columbia student detained today, Trump calls him later to tell him she's being released -Mamdani gives Susie Wiles a list of four other students he wants help with, all targeted in pro-Palestinian protests apnews.com/article/donald…

Here we go again: Bernie Sanders says he doesn’t have his birth certificate or know how to get one. “I don't have my birth certificate. God knows how I get it." Just incredible.

Gavin Newsom tells Jim Clyburn that he’d have trouble complying with the SAVE Act because he doesn’t know where to find his birth certificate: “You've got to find your birth certificate. I have no clue where mine is." Good lord. Just beyond parody.

Hi, Shawn. We saw your post and understand you are concerned about being charged two overdraft fees even though you had funds available in another Wells Fargo account. Your experience matters, and we want to look into this and share your feedback with the appropriate team. Please send us a DM with your full name and your phone number with the dashes. Please do not include any account numbers. -Isaiah

@yosoymario91 Start at 200mg each meal, stick there for a while, bump it to 400 each meal, if your stomach gets wrecked back down for a bit, then titrate back up like that until you’re at the spot where you’re feeling good

I know it isn’t realistic for everyone. It may not even be “worth it” for everyone, depending on your needs. But for those that can, this is THE way to actually “feel” the magnesium effects everyone talks about. You probably need more than the amount that turns your stomach inside out. The problem isn’t the amount, it’s slamming it all at once. Spread it out a few times per day, slowly increase the dose week over week.
Justin Mihaly@JustinMihaly

Has anyone else noticed that magnesium spread throughout the day just seems to work so much better than taken all at once MagMaxxxxing

The power of SS-31 & MOTS-c to restore kidney health is one of the most exciting peptide therapies that self-advocates are employing these days. The ramifications are massive on both a health and .gov debt scale. I cannot pound this drum loudly enough.

💯 Matt 💯@troopah_matt

In general, I consider myself a peptide skeptic. I have never been blown away by the ones I have tried. On routine bloodwork back in early March, I was concerned about my kidney function. Decided to shut it down and cruise for a bit. I always have pristine bloodwork. After searching some peptide accounts I came across one from @BowTiedPeptide retweeting about a man reversing stage 3 CKD using MOTS-C and TB 500. I decided to give this a go because I was genuinely concerned about my kidney health. Never out of range but trending in a direction out of character for me. I ran MOTS-C at 1.5mg/day and TB500 2.5mg 2x/week. Results below. This is the best my kidney function has looked, ever! Was it the peptides? I don’t know but they certainly didn’t hurt. Interesting nevertheless.

things will get worse than you can imagine in the short term, and you’re probably underestimating just how bad and how deeply unprepared we all are. but in the fullness of time it’ll work out. just go and read the final chapter, the good always wins.
