For test only you really don’t need anything fancy. Daily cardio, a healthy diet with fruits/veggies 3x per day, and lots of water. @AntiDoc 175 lbs 12-13% BF, cruise right now. Starting cycle: 500mg test/week, daily KLOW, 8IU HGH every other day (was 4IU daily until PGC write up) Any supplements you recommend for support? Currently taking: Magnesium, Zinc, Glycine, Taurine. Would love to hear your dosage recos.

Fasted cardio is always good, but use your diet choices to keep fat gain to a minimum. I’d also recommend more fat unless this is a pretty short term thing. When you get down to 30g you can feel flat and underfed even with a lot of carbs, sleep will almost definitely take a bit of a hit too. The fewer lift days you have on these macros, the more they make sense. If it’s working, you can just go with a good amount of fat on rest days

@AntiDoc If enhanced and switching my diet to 1.1 g protein per lb body weight, 30g fat on training days, rest carbs (450-500) and wanting to drop a little body fat while adding lean mass is fasted cardio everyday something you would recommend if I’m recovering well or dial it back some?

Yes, get down to the body fat goal, then worry about gaining an extra 10lbs of muscle. Use the Reta, take one less training day, add cardio on one of the training days so you have 2 rest days. Swap the gh peptides for gh. Add a stim fat burner before cardio/training a few days per week. It will do more for fat loss than the peptides, but both are alright

I’m on 120 mg/week test cypionate split over 3 injection. 350 iu HCG 3x week. Reta, wrapping up tesa/ipa cycle. Middle of ss-31, mots-c, NAD+. Losing about 10lbs a month and gaining muscle. I’ve lost 70lbs and sitting at 19% bf, 190 lbs lean mass, 240lbs overall. I lift 5x week, with 1 day cardio, one rest day, and 12 minute cardio warmup before every lift. My plan is to get to 15% bf on my current protocol then start to push test higher. If I want to get to 12% and ~200lbs lean mass do you have any suggestions to my gameplan?

@AntiDoc Do you believe advanced trainees w/o serious compound intervention (say trt + 2-4 iu gh at most and some reta at most) can get shredded and grow really lean say never getting well beyond 10-12% bf peak bulk, or should they expect to get a bit fluffier to add mass?

@StevoNR First is too broad. Shoot for 10-20 sets per week for each body part then adjust from there. For an accessory day, some neck, forearms, abs, maybe calves

Trying to decide on how much "Fatty" is going to be part of my X and coaching identity moving forward. "Fatty No Natty Coaching" has some obvious downsides.. but its funny and light (no pun intended) which is why I picked it to begin with. What do you think?

Injectable Anadrol gave me pretty gnarly GI issues, probably from the Guaciol(spelling) that is in the solution, as I not only smelled it after injecting but also as it was coming out of me. I had to discontinue, but loved the effect otherwise. Now going to try sublingual instead. Do you have any experience with this reaction to injectable anadrol(and what causes it) and do you believe it is isolated to the solution itself? (meaning that sublingual should work just fine?)

@HybridDad24 It depends. I like drop sets for arms and other isolation stuff sometimes. Rest pause I tend to use for the heavier stuff. I like weighted stretches too
