Dear editors, It’s okay if you’re not where you want to be yet. It’s okay if clients aren’t coming. It’s okay if your edits aren’t getting noticed. It’s okay if you’re questioning yourself. Every editor you look up to has gone through that phase. The struggle isn’t a sign you’re failing. It’s a sign you’re learning. Keep improving. Keep posting. Keep reaching out. One day you’ll look back and realize the phase that tested you the most was the phase that built you the most.

To every editor struggling right now: No clients? Low confidence? Slow growth? Good. You’re in the same phase every successful editor went through. Don’t quit because it’s hard. The struggle isn’t stopping your growth. The struggle is the growth.
