@nntaleb In my adopted town I hike once a week to Mt Pisgah. 1.2 mi w/o flat for gain of 1,400 ft. No stopping! Lungs fill to max and HR hits 125 at points. What doesn’t kill you . . . Don’t overlook the nourishing of the soul.
