My tweets and retweets viewed via my profile should tell a kind of linear cohesive story of who I am and what I'm about. That's not how most people spend their time using this site though.

I just realized I've been semi-consciously optimizing my Twitter usage for how my profile will look. No one looks at my profile, what a dummy I've been. If anyone sees my posts its in *their* timeline as they're casually scrolling on the toilet.
