@Daphnee_Everett @XSETPoison If you're open to doing yt vids, I run my own agency doing educational content. Defs DM me, would love to know your rates!
English

@XSETPoison What kind of content are you working with: gaming, IRL, or something else?
English

@FaradayYouTube Would love to see a YouTube video on this process!
Can't help but notice it's including a bunch of outlier video screenshots. Is collection of that data still done manually or is there a process for that too?
English

Neil Patel. Eric Siu. AmplifyViews. I lead strategy across the biggest educational channels on YouTube.
Here's how I scan every similar video in under 10 minutes - so every idea you script is validated before you waste an hour on it:
Step 1 - Break your title into 3 parts
Paste this into Claude:
"Break this YouTube title into its Promise, Mechanism, and Format Template. Then give me 10 YouTube search queries for each component."
For a video titled "How to Get Your First 1,000 YouTube Subscribers":
- Promise → reach 1,000 subscribers
- Mechanism → a repeatable growth process for new channels
- Format Template → How to Get Your First [Milestone] on YouTube
Most creators only think about the promise.
The mechanism is what makes it feel worth clicking.
The format template tells you whether the title structure itself is proven — or whether it keeps appearing on flops.
Step 2 - Run the search queries Claude gives you
For each component, Claude generates 10 queries. Run them separately.
For your promise:
- Which big channels are already winning on this outcome?
- Are there 500K+ channels sitting under 5,000 views on the same promise?
→ That's a market rejection - not bad luck.
For your mechanism:
- Has this method been covered to death - or is it genuinely fresh?
- Feed the top-performing videos into Claude. Ask it to summarise every argument made across all of them.
→ This tells you exactly what your audience already knows - so you don't spend 10 minutes teaching something they absorbed two years ago.
For your format template:
- Search the same structure in completely different niches.
→ "How to Get Your First 1,000 Email Subscribers."
→ "How to Get Your First 1,000 Instagram Followers."
- Pulls views across unrelated niches? The structure is proven.
- Keeps appearing on flops? The shell itself is the problem — not your topic.
Step 3 - Label each part: Familiar or Novel
Mark each component after the research:
- Promise → Familiar or Novel?
- Mechanism → Familiar or Novel?
- Format Template → Familiar or Novel?
This ratio tells you what to make:
- All three familiar → drowns in content the audience already absorbed. Kill it.
- All three novel → nobody clicks. Nothing to recognise. Kill it.
- Familiar promise + novel mechanism or format → sweet spot.
→ They know what they want. Your angle just feels like a way in they haven't seen before.
Step 4 - Use the ratio to decide whether to proceed
If two or three components come back novel, the idea needs to move before you touch a script.
Two options:
- Swap the mechanism for one with stronger data behind it
- Keep the mechanism but ground the promise in something your audience already searches for
Nine out of ten angles shouldn't pass this stage.
The one that passes is the one worth making.

@the_sambranding Bro please refund me. You still have my $100 and never delivered. 😭
English

@Bilalframes @cleoabram Hey! I can't DM you for work cause I need premium (apparently). Do you have another social media platform I can talk to you about an opportunity?
English

Edited this short clip from @cleoabram Podcast.
Sort of a sample for my portfolio.
What you gonna rate it /10
Would love constructive criticism:

I tested over 2000+ veo 3 prompts in the last 4 months
99% of the outputs are absolute slop, but me and my team have finally cracked a reliable framework that lets us create incredible, tasteful, videos every single time
It’s trained off of the work of the most tasteful directors, the best coloring, and the best camera movement
reply “VEO” + RT and i’ll send you the framework (must follow so i can dm)

@KaranProjects Awesome work! I'd love to DM you about collaborating but I think your DM's might be turned off.

@Richard_YTS I'll happily be your first investor. I've been wishing in this for years. Yt is the #1 strongest marketing machine in the world and I would happily throw money at a fund that invests in upcoming creators.
English

What if we started a 1of10 VC fund just for creator-led businesses?
Anyone interested in something like this? Comment below what niche could be interesting! We have the funds to make it happen😅
Turner Novak 🍌🧢@TurnerNovak
$500,000 is the number Once you have that much in an angel portfolio you can produce $7,500-$10,000 a month in distribution income. Thats taking into account 2-4 new investments a month at low deltas & minimal effort. Then life goes on easy mode.
English

@MostafaVisuals Hot question:
Does starting backwards from proven packaging make it easier to remix in an interesting topic angle?
Rather than trying to force some packaging onto a topic?
Let's start a war in the comments 😂

@vexian Now THIS is podracing! Ok but fr where can I buy that ring lol

In Dec 2020, I made $200/month.
From my YouTube channel with 50,000 subscribers.
Dec 2024? $12,000/month.
With just 800 YouTube subscribers.
And every single client paid me because they found me through content.
And the last 15 videos alone made me $65,594.
See, when I looked back, I realized something:
The more I did what the gurus told me to do—
➤Send 100 DMs a day.
➤Run paid ads.
➤Build funnels.
➤Work harder.
… the worse things got.
But when I just put YouTube first and made strategic content for the right people?
Business took off.
And that’s the core belief behind YouTuPreneurs:
You don’t need more tactics.
You need leverage.
The system is simple:
→ We get you clear on your offer + audience.
→ We make 1 video/week to attract clients.
→ We build repurposing systems so your content
compounds, and revenue does too.
It took me 4 years to figure this out.
You can skip that learning curve.
In 2 days, I’m opening YouTuPreneurs.
Only 10 Founding spots.
2 are already taken.
