Units responding to the 1200 block of Crows Nest Court for a structure fire. Crews are currently working to extinguish the fire. All occupants are out and safely out. Avoid the area of Forest Drive and Crows Nest Court.

***Final Update*** Assistance received from @AACoFD Collapse Team. Bay Ridge Avenue and Adams Streets are now open. Building inspector onsite scene has condemned the building. A total of 7 residents in the 2nd floor have been displaced. Red Cross contacted.

The cause of the fire has been determined to be malfunctioning HVAC equipment. Crews successfully contained and isolated the affected equipment. The scene has been handed over to building maintenance, and all roads have been reopened. @AnnapolisOEM @AnnapolisPD

He walked off the Anne Arundel Medical Center premises at 11 a.m. this morning and was last seen in the area of Truxtun Park in Annapolis wearing green Detention Center pants. He was not wearing a shirt. If you see him, do not approach him. Call or Text 911.
