The true test and success of any school is listening to alumni speak about how the school has enabled them to thrive and flourish in life when dealing with challenges and creating success. A school which only prioritises academic rigour is not a school for the contemporary world and will fail our young. These testimonials by grads of LLV are just beautiful.

Paul McCartney surprising fans, 2018. Can you even imagine how amazing it must have been to be there? You’re eating. Someone plays the jukebox and suddenly you hear a guitar chord ring out. Then the curtains open and a Beatle is 5 meters away from you. What a story to tell!

@AdrianoDiPrato The power of a great metaphor, sums up the complexity in a simple sentence: "Having escaped the lion's den, he made the mistake of coming back for his hat."
English

+ Today, Justice Michael Lee's seismic judgment reverberated with each savage truth, each tremor underscored by its unavoidable necessity.
"Having escaped the lion's den, he made the mistake of coming back for his hat."
"Not entitled to the vindication of his reputation."
"Mr #Lehrmann raped Ms Higgins."
Emphatic.

After describing the case as an "omni-shambles", we have lost sound to Justice Michael Lee delivering judgment in the #Lehrmann defamation case. @FederalCourt

@CrossEyedPiano Wow, what a memory that image evoked of Year 2 in suburban Sydney. As much as my recorder playing drove my family nuts 🤪 the experience taught me how to read music. I never had any other formal music lessons, but later picked up the guitar and messed about on a piano/keyboard.

@Officeworks Thanks, that's why I did this. They really chose a bad system to limit parking.
English

@AnneKnock @AnneKnock we're sorry to hear about the trouble experienced when using the car park at our store in Glebe . We'll ensure this reaches the appropriate team for review, thanks for taking the time to raise this with us.

Hello @Officeworks
Twice I had trouble with the Divvy car park in OW Glebe. At both times the card that I used to get in would not let me out. This seriously inconvenienced us and the people backing up behind us.
We may not return to that store as the parking system is so bad!

@Beathhigh I hope you keep heading west and grace our fine shores just 'across the ditch'?
