I made a card game about touch with @wollekob! We're working with @unfoldtrips to print 500 decks. Check it out, get enormously excited with us, and pre-order 1 million packs for everyone you love! (Link ⬇️)

@AnneSelke Is there any plan for a reprinting? I was going through old bookmarks and found this and it seems I missed the train by a bit

@AnneSelke I like that. And were those quotes/excerpts selected by the professor, or by the students?

What are effective and efficient formats for a self-contained study club (book club, paper review, lecture series, etc)? Ideally includes: - focused study time in silence - structured discussion periods - shared knowledge management (eg collective Anki deck, notes)

@nopranablem The following week we’d share our answers to our shared Qs based on our part of the shared reading list. Not doing your work meant the whole group misses out on the articles you were responsible for, and everyone looks at the same Qs differently. I really loved it.

@nopranablem My college did problem based learning in tutorials of 12 people — each session would start w a quote/excerpt, maybe half a page, from which we’d generate 5-8 questions to take into our reading. We had a reading list that we split between the group. >>

Calling all fellow movement and somatics nerds! In March I'm starting a curiosity crew to learn about biotensegrity and fascia (theory and application) together, following the model of collective learning we outlined in the Service Guild. (link below) DM if interested! 😁

what’re graceful, elegant ways to leave a conversation? assume the convo is pleasant, it’s simply time to move on. no white lies pls i’m particularly interested in excellent experiences you’ve had or seen - where someone closed a convo yet left you feeling great

It’s for anyone who wants to explore touch with someone they love. Great date night, great gift! I’m proud of how it turned out, and extra proud of @humansatplay for taking the lead in bringing it back.

singing in harmony. looking for choirs/acapella groups, but I’m picky. don’t need amazing singers—need amazing listeners who know when they’re in tune & care about locking in with the group

I just moved to Berlin—lots of great things here, but not always easy to find. so I’m asking for recommendations. very specific, kinda pretentious (because the less pretentious stuff is easier to web search). approximations welcome!

a place to go anytime to read, write, & have serendipitous chats. quiet bars, cafes with a relaxed, pro-interaction vibe. I’ve found good reading spots, but they’re either solo+headphones or groups catching up—not ideal for random conversations
