@AirIndiaX team this is going in rounds ?? Can we have joint call with airport staff who has committed that the case to be further taken ahead if we are not satisfied with their offering. As our baggage was there n need to be released hence we went ahead temporarily at that point

@AirIndiaX Sir , if one passenger wants to travel then what ? N what basis baggage damage is swapped with ticket ??

@AnnujKhatri Hi Annuj, you may include another guest in the booking; however, at least one of the travelling passengers must be the same person in whose name the voucher has been issued.

@AirIndiaX this was never an agreement. Firstly it was baggage damage so must be reimbursed for same. Secondly it was also mentioned later that same can be used within family n friends .. now you are making another excuse. This is absolutely non sense from all your backend team

@NykaaMan @MyNykaa team I placed an order which is promised to delivered by 27th April. Now even today order shows. It will be delivered by 27th. And on top of that no ccustomer support / chat available to under exact issue.
