A woman being infertile does not introduce a deliberate act that works against the natural biological ordering.

Prior to 'Theology of the Body', it was called 'The Natural Method'. 'Natural Family Planning' is different than 'The Natural Method' because NFP comes with pseudo-theology. The purpose of NFP is to discern the limit of the number of children. NFP is used to sell Holy Matrimony to those wanting to use contraceptives (intrinsically evil), but also want their marriage to be valid, which requires them being 'open to life'. NFP is so that the wife can plan a vacation next year to Italy without having to cancel because pregnant or nursing. 'The Natural Method', however, is morally licit for grave cause (not for taking a vacation to Italy), and to be so, requires the intention to be not unjustly prolonged.
