@OmarKelly i think getting a jumpstart on getting a GM helps the timeline... Whoever it is can get a jumpstart on the film of the current players... who they want to keep or not keep and that can see the rest of the years work habit's and practices... same with coaches

@kahunacoug @BigOShow @chrisperk @DavidFurones_ Would it make more sense to just fire the GM only? When you bring in the new GM, you allow him to have full control over hiring and firing . The new GM may want to keep McDaniels. Just let those decisions be on the new GM. That seems more logical to me.
