Blue is an immoral choice.
1. Red is survival-safe for everyone if universally chosen.
If every person presses red, no one dies. So blue is not required to save humanity.
2. Blue depends on mass trust under private uncertainty.
You are betting your life, and implicitly endorsing a strategy that only works if billions of strangers also take the same bet.
3. Blue creates a martyr class.
If 49% press blue, every blue voter dies while red voters live. That means blue voters are the only people exposed to death.
4. Red is individually rational and collectively harmless.
A red voter survives in either outcome. And if everyone follows that same rule, everyone survives.
5. Blue is moral vanity if framed as “the good choice.”
It feels noble because it looks cooperative, but the actual structure says red can also save everyone without risking anyone.
Pressing blue is immoral because it promotes an unnecessary coordination gamble where the only possible victims are the people who trusted the gamble. Pressing red is the safer universal rule: if everyone chooses it, everyone lives.
