I wrote the most complete fat loss guide in 3 parts, based on 10 years of trial and error where I tried pretty much everything until I found a sustainable method where you don’t have to starve or constantly restrict yourself. Part 1 is about nutrition: how to raise your metabolism and a few cheat codes to speed up fat loss and avoid plateaus while keeping high energy. Part 2 is about lifestyle habits, other cheat codes outside nutrition that have a huge impact on fat loss, and a full guide on how to design the perfect training program tailored to you. Both are free. Part 3 doesn’t concern you unless you’re already around 12–15% body fat (which is also why it’s paid): it covers the full pharmacology of fat loss. Each guide is about 150 A4 pages if printed. You can find them all here: berbarianwizard.substack.com

I’ve never seen a horror movie this terrifying. 😨

A New York bill would ban AI from answering questions related to several licensed professions like medicine, law, dentistry, nursing, psychology, social work, engineering, and more. The companies would be liable if the chatbots give “substantive responses” in these areas.

Let me break this down so you understand how bad it actually is. > For every 100 people working office jobs right now accountants, marketers, developers, HR, managers .. there are only 1.6 job openings. > That means if 100 of you got laid off tomorrow, only 1-2 would find a new job. The other 98 are fucked. This is the worst it's been in 10 years. Companies aren't hiring. They're automating. They're cutting. They're replacing you with AI and not even posting the job listing. And this is just the beginning.

Over the last two months, I've tested out alternating "bro split" training one with full body workouts. I've noticed with the bro split (chest on monday, arms on tuesday etc), I got a great pump during my workout for the specific bodypart that I was training that day but felt flat throughout the rest of the week. Also noticed I was a lot more sore the next day or two from the higher accumulation of metabolic fatigue and local muscle damage. I also found that my performance suffered greatly in later sets since all of my sets are at or close to failure. After running the A/B experiment, I learned I prefer doing full body, upper/lower body focus...evenly spreading out my volume over my 4 training days rather than just focusing on one or two bodyparts each training session. Again, this is very much a N=1 and not saying everyone should train this way. You need to try both ways for at least 3 months and find which way you like better. The best method is the one that you enjoy doing the most and the one that will keep excited to come back for more each week.

@Ahmadansari2233 isn't the intro a bit too long? but the selective hiding of apps and notifications is pure innovation.
