@SCSpy1 @scplaybook1 The new stats provider is extremely stingy when it comes to linebreaks from kick returns. You will basically never see them given unless they get past the entire team, as they're all considered part of the "kick chase line", even if they're disjointed. It's a crap interpretation
English

Line break chat again.
Catches, beats 1, then has 2 men in front of him and goes straight round them, clips touch line 25m upfield after burning 3 defenders.
If Bai tackles him for a play the ball its a LB everyday. And if he scores its a LB.
A monday fix up?!

@SCSpy1 Well played mate. Has @SCWhisperer's performance changed your plans at 2RF for R1? Think he's primed for a breakout year.

Bitcoin was a solution looking for a problem that largely doesn’t exist for most people.
The actual useful innovations from blockchain, get absorbed into existing systems without anyone needing to “invest” in a coin. Companies use the technology where it makes sense, like they use databases or cloud computing.
The crypto believers’ narrative relies on several claims:
∙Fiat currency is doomed (been hearing this for 50+ years)
∙Central banks are destroying value through inflation
∙Government control of money is tyranny
∙The system will inevitably collapse
Reality check:
Yes, the current monetary system has flaws. Inflation happens, banks can be corrupt, governments sometimes abuse monetary policy.
But claiming Bitcoin fixes this is like saying because the NRL judiciary is flawed, we should replace it with no rules at all.
The alternatives crypto offers are objectively worse:
∙Extreme volatility
∙No consumer protections
∙No recourse for fraud or theft
∙Deflationary spiral incentives (hoarding instead of spending)
∙Massive wealth concentration in early adopters
∙Energy consumption that’s environmentally catastrophic
The current monetary system, for all its flaws, enabled the most prosperous period in human history.
More people were lifted out of poverty, longer lifespans, higher standards of living than ever before.
Does it need improvement? Sure.
Does it need “saving” by a speculative digital token controlled by exchanges and whales?
Absolutely not.
Bitcoin never actually did the job it claimed to do. And the monetary system’s problems might be real, but vastly overstated by people trying to sell you their alternative.

@PhilGould15 People once trusted that paper money would always hold its value because governments said it would. History shows otherwise. The AUD has devalued by 50% in the last few years. Bitcoin exists because trust has been repeatedly broken — not as a rebellion, but as insurance.
English

@PhilGould15 Rubbish rule. Been a catch for 150 years. Who gives two shits if the ball touches the grass while it's firmly in his grasp..

@lenphil29 HAS HE GOT ENOUGHHH ON ITTTTT (Commentary for Tim David's 126 metre six)

@TheSteinLine Knee sprain, with no structural damage. 🤣 @redrock_bball
English

@nrlphysio He had stiff arms after the hit in warm-up, easily visible on the vision. Whoever allowed him to play should be immediately fired.
English

@PhilGould15 No dramas Gus, we couldn't see anything, smooth as a Ken doll!
English

@redrock_bball @JenoLUFC I think they're just taking the opportunity to test out AD at 5 line-ups while they can. He certainly didn't look injured when he came off.

Finished with 14 points on 49% TS% in 19 minutes with 4 assists and 3 steals.

@MarkGottlieb No, no I don't. I'm an NRL fan. Seems strange that a hit on the shoulder would be a free kick, but I guess if that's the rule..
English

@Anonymous___73 A tackle above the shoulder is high. Do you even know the rules?

The dumbest people on earth exist on this website.

@MarkGottlieb Initial contact wasn’t high. If you’re going to lie online don’t do it with your real name mark.

@MarkGottlieb I came to the conclusion that Jar Jar Binks is the worst character ever put to screen after re-watching the prequels recently.

@RoosterXIII @WarrenSmithFOX I thought when this happened that it was wrong, but nobody seemed to bat an eyelid
English

It’s one of the most basic rules in the game, so how can the bunker get that wrong???
With video, it should be impossible to get that ruling wrong. 🤷🏻♂️

Aaron Wallace@wallyscr
@WarrenSmithFOX sums up everyone's reaction every time the bunker goes rogue "Really?"
English

@BigAntStudios @SoFlawlessMusic This isnt true at all. The 6 has been on the left and the 7 has been on the right in real life since time immemorial. In your game it's the opposite.
English

@SoFlawlessMusic This is down to the traditional placement based on the jumper numbers that not all teams use. We will make an update that allows for placement of players in specific positions regardless of number.
English

Server-side updates have been rolled out for #RugbyLeague26 tonight, including not taking contracts when backing out of the lobby.
Full patch notes will follow tomorrow along with a much larger game update.
English

@TomSangsterSC Rolling lockout is stupid, given it's an Australian based game. Who on earth is going to stay up all night for late team news? Can see 90% of people giving up a few weeks in because of it.
