@banglani Gong.io is solving a lot of problems around Meeting analytics.

It's probably a niche problem, but how do y'all make notes in Zoom meetings? I take extensive paper notes in in-person meetings, but it seems rude to look down towards your notebook in video meetings. And constantly switching tabs to type the notes is a pain. Any tips?

@SingaporeAir Apparently they cannot find the “price” of the upgrade. I travel with Lufthansa most of the times & a Senator there but this seemed a strange reason.I must say your employees are very professional with their approach, but I guess technology doesn’t support them.

@lufthansa : For the first ever, I faced the worst ever customer service 1. Reservation was cancelled for ur technical error 2. Call center agent kept me on hold for >120 min (across 3 Calls & arrogant) 3. I lost 150€. U lost a loyal Senator, will not promote ur brand!
