@CarbonHealth I needed none of those. I was not symptomatic, just being responsible because my son tested positive. This was not stated when the appointment was made. I should only have been charged for a COVID test. This is very bad business,

@CarbonHealth I have reached out. They said they would review it. Even the woman who I spoke to in billing said it didn’t seem right. Seems I still owe $530, even after the review. I made an appointment for COVID tests, not a sick appointment and a COVID test.
