Just saw someone post about Ring doorbell subscription go from £24.99 a year to £49.99 in only 18 months. My favourite @bottlegreen cordial has gone from £2.50 a bottle to £4.45 in the same time. Anyone got any whoppers of their own? A couple of % here and there but 40-50% on many things can't be right?

Here are the scares, note them for the future. 1. Some businesses will go bankrupt. 2. Some products will double in price. 3. 40% of products will be missing from shelves. 4. Some businesses will refuse to sell in Scotland. We'll bet none of the above happens.

@Gypeitcheil @msm_monitor That is all fine and well with a previous system that didn’t have unnecessary complexities on the producers who ran the scheme. You’re likely to see a real world cost of 70p to £2 increase per bottle of which you’ll get 20p back. So like spending £10 to save £2. Great economics.
