@IRCTCofficial booked tickets for my sister & 2 kids all 3 seats were allotted in different rows (kids age was 9 and 12).None of the passengers and staff were co- operating to exchange seats.Shatabdi charges exorbitantly and poor sense of seat allotment for passengers with kids.
