What exhausts me is people. The small talk. The noise. The constant performing. The pressure to always be “on.” Too many conversations with no depth. Too many masks. So I disappear for a while. Just to breathe again. To hear my own thoughts. To feel my own emotions. To reconnect with myself beneath all the noise of the world. And honestly, it feels like therapy for the soul.
