@RDXThinksThat Sir I have a Question..Here in Odisha E20 cost 108/l, So 10l cost 1080.if we separate the Ethanol we get 8l of pure petrol at 1080 i.e Rs 135/l .then why Govt selling Pure Petrol at 167.?? Can you explain this..

10 liter E-20 cost Rs-1080 In Bhubaneswar that means 8 liter of Pure Petrol and 2 liter of ethanol.if we filter out ethanol we get 8 liter of Pure Petrol at 1080 that means at Rs-135 per liter. then why Pure petrol cost Rs 167 per litter.@tehseenp @HardeepSPuri @ArvindKejriwal

#WATCH | Delhi: AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal says, "...Pure petrol should be available in our country at ₹82 per litre; and if we switch to E20 fuel, I believe the price should drop even further, to around ₹70 per litre, compared to the ₹102 currently charged for E20 petrol. We can calculate diesel prices in the same way; diesel prices could also be reduced. If petrol and diesel prices come down, I believe it would deal a significant blow to inflation and provide people with much-needed relief... On behalf of the people of this country, I demand that the government immediately start supplying pure petrol at ₹82 per litre; and if E20 is to be supplied, the price should be even lower."

#WATCH | Bhubaneswar, Odisha | Petroleum Dealers Association President Sasanka Sekhar Sahu says, "We are urging the government to reconsider the introduction of E20 fuel... Dealers are facing significant difficulties with the current E20 rollout. While the blend is capped at 10% in most countries worldwide, India has implemented a 20% blend. Consequently, the vehicles currently available in India are not fully compatible with this fuel. BS6 vehicles in India were not originally designed to handle this specific blend. This leads to issues like clogged carburettors and other mechanical failures. Customers then come to the petrol pumps and create a ruckus, even though the pump owners have no control over the situation. The government introduced the fuel, and we simply sell it. These problems, which were non-existent before, have only surfaced since the introduction of E20..."

Now India's biggest car maker Maruti Suzuki also assures that E20 is not causing any problems - but guess what? Chhapri YouTubers doing paid propaganda know better than all these automotive experts There will be arseholes who will reply "Maruti will not go against Govt" etc Arre idiots companies are covering pre 2023 cars under warranty - they are not fools to do this if they know E20 will damage the cars

हमारे देश में लाखों ऐसी गाड़ियां भी हैं जिनके मालिक उन्हें महीने में 500 KM भी नहीं चलाते, लाखों ऐसे मालिक हैं जो अपनी गाड़ी को बहुत अच्छी तरह मेंटेन करके रखते हैं, पूरी गाड़ी की कीमत दे रखी है, सारे सरकारी टैक्स भर रखे हैं तो फिर 10 या 15 साल में कोई कैसे कह सकता है कि यह अवैध व्हीकल है??

#WATCH | On ethanol, Maruti Suzuki India Corporate Affairs Senior Executive Officer, Rahul Bharti says, "Over the previous few days, we have heard that there are some doubts on the usage of ethanol in cars. India mandated E20 from 2023 for material compliance, and before that it was E10. After 2023, both the cars and the fuel are mandated for E20. The cause of concern is what happens if E20 fuel is used in cars that have been manufactured and sold before 2023, which were primarily designed for E10? We have sufficient factors of safety that ensure there is no problem in terms of wear and tear, corrosion, or damage to the life of the car or the parts that come in contact with the E20 fuel if E20 is used on cars that were produced and sold in India before 2023. As a manufacturer, we have tested E10 cars, which were prevalent before 2023, on E20 fuel for all parameters, and we have not found anything of concern." @PIB_India @MIB_India @PetroleumMin
