Your businesses lack of robust checks is very concerning, this has been ongoing for a year now and I’ve never been a customer with your company. Do you not ask for proof of identity before opening accounts? Or do you just allow people to ruin others lives just so u get a check?
@O2 please tell me why your credit referral email states 3 working days and it’s been almost a month and I’ve heard nothing ? Your business allowed fraudulent accounts to be opened and have adversely affected my credit score and you won’t fix it.

@O2 it’s a shame that o2s team are the only swift response i receive but actual complaints department and fraud department are slack and silent.
Need to understand why they’re careless and allow fraudulent accounts to be opened without robust checks done.
A full investigation will be taken here to ensure O2 pay compensation for their negligence and chasing me for money when an account was fraudulently opened in my name.
