One thing that stands out is that the old Majority had already promised a Legarda Senate Presidency, while the new majority has not. In her 4th term, I’m sure she is into legacy building. The more majority destroys senate, she’d be hard pressed to think about where she stands.

@WarUpdate886 I agree, Wala siyang inuurungan. Some have attributed her loss to her Abby Better slogan instead of harping on the Binay name but for me, the fact that she wanted to highlight her accomplishments in Makati rather than her surname speaks volumes of her character.

Abby Binay deserved to be in the Senate, she is a lawyer, a fighter, and she has her own lane when it comes to her own brand of service and not merely relying to her surname. Sayang.
