What if 1/2/3% of a players 💯 auction cost over a certain amount was sent to the cricket club where the player started (or split between if more than 1). Would be a great way to filter some money back to grassroots and reward clubs and volunteers for their hard work.

On replacements if Amorim does go. Fletcher, only a short term at best - I don't think it's at all the right call putting a manager in who has his two sons in the first team squad. Imagine the criticism if that goes wrong. There's enough at stake this season to install someone longer term instead of going with an interim for me. Could see McKenna given his previous club experience. But can't escape thinking they might pull for Xavi. But if they go full head coach puppet mode I'll be gravely concerned tbh.
