PRESIDENT TRUMP: "Last year...our Small Business Administration issued $7 billion in loans to 11,000 new startups, as well as $1.3 billion in loans to 3,000 veteran-owned small businesses...
"These are big businesses. That's why I say how can we call it small business?"
"$3.2 billion to American manufacturers helping restore those beautiful words Made in the USA."
"We have things being made here that nobody thought it was even possible for it to come back."

NEW: President Trump jokes that he's not a senior and takes a jab at former President Biden:
"I'm not a senior. I'm far younger... I feel the same as I felt 50 years ago."
"I'll say, 'I'm not feeling well.' Someday I might say that."
"Actually, I won't have to say it because you'll be able to see it just like you did in the last administration."
"In my opinion, anybody running for president or vice president should take a cognitive test. And no president has ever taken one except me. I've taken 3 of them, and I've aced each one."

BREAKING: "We terminate a lot of federal jobs that are unnecessary, and they don't like me for doing it. But a year later, they like me because they end up having a much better job, oftentimes in a place where they'd much rather live."
"I've had a lot of people come up, they say, 'I was so angry at you, but now I'm making sometimes 2 or 3 times the money and a job that I really like.'"
"Politically, I don't know if it's good, bad or indifferent. I think it's probably bad...but in the meantime, I'm in the White House, so maybe it's good." — President Trump

NEW: Judge apologizes in court to WHCA Dinner shooting suspect Cole Allen.
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui said that he was “fascinated and disturbed” by Allen's treatment in jail.
Allen was placed on suicide watch when he was first imprisoned. Prosecutors argued that since Allen told investigators he did not expect to survive the alleged attack, he could be a danger to himself.
But an incredulous Faruqui wasn't convinced by that argument, drawing comparisons between Allen and defendants arrested for rioting at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
“To me, it’s extremely disturbing that he was put in five-point restraints, a person with no criminal history. It’s troubling. I never heard of one Jan. 6 defendant who was put in five-point restraints or in a safe cell. If the only way to keep him safe is the most punitive thing, that’s a problem.”
“At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he’s taken care of. Mr. Allen, I’m sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to.”

"He is now breathing on his own, with his family and primary medical provider at his side."
"On September 11th, Mayor Giuliani ran toward the towers to help those in need, which later led to a diagnosis of restrictive airway disease. This condition adds complications to any respiratory illness, and the virus quickly overwhelmed his body, requiring mechanical ventilation to maintain adequate oxygen and stabilize his condition," spokesperson Ted Goodman says.
