The way my mood swung from when that pop-up was first in the air to an Angels loss 5 mins later is not healthy. I know it. It shouldn’t happen over just a game. But what do you do when you’ve tried to get help and you still can’t get fixed? I just feel defeated.

The reason he took that offer is because he knew he wouldn’t have to miss any starts and didnt want to risk the 7 games suspension being upheld (one missed or delayed start) or the appeal only bringing it down to 6 (one missed/delayed start)
