Breaking news EFF leader Julius Malema has been sentenced to an effective 7 years imprisonment by Magistrate Twanet Olivier in the KuGompo City Regional Court for unlawfully discharging a firearm at the EFF’s 2018 Mdantsane rally. He received 5 years on the main count, 2 years on a secondary count, and R20,000 fines (or 6 months each) on the remaining counts, with sentences running concurrently.
