Dexit. This wasn't some inevitable outcome, like modern fans would lead you to believe. This was to get consumers to purchase the DLC that sells the old Pokémon back to you and Home subscriptions to keep them trapped until they're *hopefully* made available in a future game.

The gameplay in this entry is great, but the writing for the main story really brings the experience down. Maddening mode also feels more balanced in this entry; however, the over-reliance on reinforcements hurts the replayability for me.

2. Pokémon Moon [Replay] [8/10]
The last of the "classic" Pokémon games and a pretty good one at that. The ending feels somewhat rushed as you go straight from Ultra Space to the Pokémon League. Also, the Alolan Pokémon are way too slow.
