Big:- NHRC Takes Cognisance of Targeted Killings in Jammu & Kashmir on Complaint Filed by Anti Terrorism Global Front President @AntiTGF Adv. Vineet Jindal. Notice issued to DGP, Jammu and Kashmir Seeking detailed report on investigations, arrests,prosecutions and compensation for the Victims of target killing’s families. The NHRC member Sh.@KanoongoPriyank has issued notice on complaint filed by the President of Anti Terrorism Global Front, Adv. Vineet Jindal, regarding allegations of repeated targeted killings of Hindu civilians and other vulnerable communities in Jammu & Kashmir. Several of these cases reportedly remain unresolved due to a lack of transparency in investigations, arrests, and prosecutions. The complainant has sought the NHRC intervention in the matter and has requested steps to ensure proper investigation, accountability, preventive measures, and compensation for the victims’ families.

Advocate Vineet Jindal, President of the Anti-Terrorism Global Front (@AntiTGF), approached the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) seeking justice for the killings of Hindus in Kashmir. There were targeted killings of Hindus in Kashmir, and the governments at that time either failed to ensure their safety or allegedly allowed such incidents to happen. As a result, many Hindu families were forced to leave Kashmir. These families have been unable to obtain justice in connection with these killings. Several critical questions remain unanswered: who were the perpetrators involved in these killings, how many FIRs were registered, what progress has been made in the investigations, and how many people have been convicted. These cases involve serious violations of constitutional and human rights. On behalf of the Anti-Terrorism Global Front, a complaint has been submitted to NHRC member @KanoongoPriyank, requesting that the Commission take cognizance of the matter and call for a detailed report on FIRs, investigations, and actions taken so far in cases related to the targeted killings of Hindus. It has also been urged that it be ensured whether there has been any lapse on the part of the state government and police administration in delivering justice to Hindu families, and to clarify what kind of assistance has been provided to these families by the government. #NHRC #Kashmir #Hindu #VineetJindal

कश्मीर में हिंदुओं की टारगेट किलिंग के मामलों को लेकर एंटी टेररिज्म ग्लोबल फ्रंट (ATGF) के अध्यक्ष विनीत जिंदल ने NHRC @KanoongoPriyank जी से औपचारिक शिकायत दर्ज कराई। शिकायत में जांच की स्थिति, आरोपियों पर हुई कार्रवाई और पीड़ित परिवारों को मिली सहायता पर रिपोर्ट मांगी गई है।

कश्मीर में हिंदुओं की हत्याओं को न्याय दिलाने के लिए एंटी टेररिज्म ग्लोबल फ्रंट (@AntiTGF) के प्रेसिडेंट विनीत जिंदल NHRC पहुंचे। कश्मीर में हिंदुओं की टारगेट किलिंग्स हुईं, और उस समय की सरकारें हिंदुओं की सुरक्षा करने में विफल रहीं या जानबूझकर ऐसा होने दिया गया। कई हिंदू परिवारों को कश्मीर छोड़ना पड़ा। ऐसे में ये परिवार इन हत्याओं से जुड़े मामलों में न्याय पाने में असमर्थ रहे। इन हत्याओं में कौन लोग शामिल थे, कितने मामलों में FIR दर्ज हुई, जांच कहां तक पहुंची और कितने लोगों को सजा मिली — ये सभी बड़े सवाल हैं। इन मामलों में संवैधानिक और मानवाधिकारों का हनन हुआ है। एंटी टेररिज्म ग्लोबल फ्रंट की ओर से NHRC के सदस्य @KanoongoPriyank जी के समक्ष शिकायत प्रस्तुत की गई है और आग्रह किया गया है कि इस शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए हिंदुओं की टारगेट किलिंग के मामलों से जुड़ी FIR, जांच और अब तक की गई कार्रवाई पर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट मंगवाई जाए। साथ ही यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि राज्य सरकार और पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा हिंदू परिवारों को न्याय दिलाने में कोई कमी तो नहीं रही, और सरकार द्वारा इन परिवारों को किस प्रकार की सहायता प्रदान की गई, यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाए। #NHRC #Kashmir #Hindu #Vineetjindal

Deeply concerning that the killings and displacement of Kashmiri Hindus have not received the same level of sustained investigation, accountability, and human rights attention as some other tragedies in India’s history. For example, the 1984 anti-Sikh violence led to multiple inquiries and ongoing legal proceedings against accused individuals. In comparison, I feel that justice for the victims of violence against Kashmiri Hindus remains incomplete, with questions about thorough investigations and accountability still unanswered. Why has there not been the same level of focus, legal follow-through, or human rights action in these cases? All victims of violence deserve equal justice, dignity, and closure—regardless of their community.

Based on reports and intelligence inputs there are heightened concerns regarding potential terrorist activities originating from Pakistan targeting India.  According to security agencies and intelligence reports, Pakistan's intelligence with the help of terrorists groups like agency is planning a major terrorist attack. Intelligence agencies have flagged a major conspiracy by Pakistan-based terror groups, specifically Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), to carry out blasts and high-profile attacks in India, including in Jammu & Kashmir and the national capital, Delhi. According to the information regarding movement and training of terrorists, sources claimed that It has been reliably learnt that approximately 35/40 terrorists belonging to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Hizbul Mujahideen (HM), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) have recently completed their training in arms, explosives, and physical conditioning. These individuals have been directed to report at a training centre located at Shinkiari immediately after Eid. Reports indicate that terror handlers in Pakistan have trained terrorists in Shinkiari and subsequently pushed them across the border into India in small groups, with some plots potentially coinciding with significant dates. According to the sources they get further more inputs indicate that a refresher training programme on arms and explosives is planned for a duration of about 15 days at the said location. Upon completion of this training where the terrorists have learned explosives handling, jungle survival, and fidayeen (suicide) attacks, these terrorists are likely to be moved to launch pads with the intention of infiltrating from "POJK" into Indian territory. Additionally, it is learnt that Pak ISI is planning to push a maximum number of terrorists into Jammu & Kashmir after the melting of snow, likely starting from the month of April onwards. Further inputs regarding possible Fidayeen attack. As per reliable source info, terrorists are planning to carry out a fidayeen attack after they infiltrate in the Indian territory and their target will be important cities and Jammu and Kashmir. Sources indicates that the attackers have been instructed to inflict maximum casualties with specific directions that at least one fidayeen must eliminate a minimum of 10 persons before being neutralized. Sources said they will likely target the Security Forces, Tourists / Pilgrims and local civilian population insan important cities. Further source info suggests that approx 16 fidayeen trts are ready and may attempt infiltration. Recent investigations into attacks in Jammu & Kashmir, such as in Pahalgam, have pointed to the involvement of trained personnel, including a former commando from Pakistan's Special Service Group (SSG), now part of LeT. Sources claimed there are increased efforts by ISI to use terror outfits for snipper and fidayeen attacks in Jammu and Kashmir and major cities of India. Another important input source got that including sleeper terrorist handlers recruiting women to act as couriers for transporting weapons.
