No argument. But I've been radicalized into total Shai fandom because no other player provides a more insightful look into the rotten corpse of modern sports consumption. Anyway, I've thinking about this bucket for two days straight:

@NBACouchside it's a real issue with how sports science has developed, there are a lot of roster spots being held by players that historically would have retired by now. it's cool that lebron and Steph can be top 100 players at their age but at some point the old guard needs to step down.

really wish some players had the dignity to hang it up when they can't hang in the playoffs anymore, no matter how good they can be in the regular season. i'm not trying to see jim harden give up 50 points on 80% ts to a series of players of varying quality next playoffs
