Just reading through these comments makes me sad. Something that I wasn't able to even feel months ago. People in here are really out of touch with themselves. You can only see what you've seen whitin you.

Bryan Johnson never healed his depression. His narcissist saved him from to take care of himself. Which is very honorable. Mine that to me too. Narcissism is one of the most honorable things consciousness does in order to receive the love we never got.

People have no idea what depression is. People have the idea that they heal it just because they go to the gym, just because it was incentivized by their inner critic who got sick of bedrot. People in here just tell you that lifting 100 lb will make you believe its in your head

I haven't been on this app for almost a year. I've been having the most surreal experience of my life by healing my trauma, and yet it feels incredibly real. I've met countless parts of myself arranging the bodymind energy. And all I can see now is all the narcissists in here.

@_Pa0la___ I wonder what you think of IQ and its correlation between core beliefs and structural psychology.

GOD’S. ALGORITHM / DEAD INTERNET THEORY
The problem with tech is that it’s still largely being built by men who’ve never felt truly connected to themselves, to others, or to the world. It’s revenge-of-the-nerd energy disguised as innovation, and it’s torpedoing culture, intimacy, and meaning in the process.

@relic_radiation Have you read Somatic IFS? it doesn't explain it, but she mentions it as a body system that holds our interoception and proprioception. It explains frozen emotions, chronic pain, fibromyalgia. Deep down is the Bodymind holding extreme beliefs of unconscious parts of ourselves.

I’ve heard “fascia are piezoelectric” but otherwise don’t know so much about its electrical properties. anyone have some good reading about this? 👀 though this might also be a relatively unstudied phenomenon that I’m getting initial experimental data on

I wonder if the thing I am doing in bodywork is: restoring healthy electrical circulation through fascia 🤔 today I worked with someone who had a wrist injury that felt “inflamed and drawn inwards,” 30m later it felt “peaceful and more mobile”

It's been five months since something is truly changing my life. Again. I am starting to remember myself. And it's something we have taken for granted that we haven't been able to be aware of until this age. What's coming isn't an industrial revolution, it's a Renaissance.

It's as if intuition takes you an energetic code embedded in each living thing. Consciousness creating unique energetic codes. Your Self.

I just automated the entire "brain rot" video creation process that's making creators $50K-$100K per month on autopilot can’t believe I’m about to give you the exact system for free… these split-screen videos (podcast clip + Minecraft parkour) are absolutely DOMINATING tiktok and youtube shorts right now faceless channels are pulling 6-figure months consistently the psychological trigger is insane the background gameplay creates unconscious dopamine hits that make viewers physically unable to scroll away here's what my n8n automation does: - takes any YouTube video/podcast - analyzes transcript with AI to find the most viral moments - auto-generates timestamped clips - downloads and processes everything - combines clips with random background gameplay - adds auto-generated subtitles - renders final videos ready for upload the entire process that used to take creators 4-6 hours per video now happens in 5 minutes ZERO manual work ZERO video editing skills needed ZERO content creation required just feed it a podcast URL and you are done the math is stupid simple: 3 videos per day = 90 videos per month average 150K views per video = 13.5M monthly views the workflow includes: - AI content analysis agent - automatic video downloading - smart clip generation - background video integration - subtitle automation this is the exact system printing money for the biggest faceless channels and you're getting it for free Comment “CLIP” + repost this + follow me and I'll DM you the complete JSON file plus the full setup guide don't sleep on this every day you wait is money left on the table

Ironically, people who think IQ is pure genetics are not being very intelligent IQ is a societal construct that’s stood the test of time because it’s a societal construct. Intelligence and our models of it updated over time but IQ remains roughly similar as a metric.

@VXaviervm @IterIntellectus Show me research where behaviors are associated with specific genes and which ones they are. Then show me a paper that has studied behavioral patterns of adopted children that have nothing to do with their adoptive parents, and if they've tracked those to their biological ones.

@luxargentis @buridansridge This is the same core belief that every man has gone through generations. The willpower of shame. This is burying parts of yourself not worthy of love. I've tasted the acid and looked deep down in the abyss, and what pulled me up was compassion, not neglect or shame.

Oh, come on. What he needs is to stop thinking so much about it, go out and shoot. The warrior in him will never wake up enshrined in the safety of thoughts and dreams, but only in the terrible abyss of defeat, when he discovers the taste of acid in the gnarly rocks of the bottom, where he will meet the strength found nowhere else. He needs to go out, meet women, find a good woman and fight for life, ffs. Flowers springing from the swamp of struggle are pure, radiant beauty. He's 40??? I am 50 and I am raising a 5 month old baby, my 3rd child. I wish I was 40 again!!!

I do not know the screenshotted man personally, but what he expresses is a recognisable male archetype - one that speaks with honesty about a loss many men quietly carry. His words reflect not just resignation, but a painful acceptance and a quiet grief for a life that once felt possible. What he mourns is something deeply tribal - the dream of creating a family, building a home, offering stability - being needed and providing in a way that affirms masculine worth. For many men, this dream is about legacy, love, and giving. But in a world where love has become transactional and increasingly commodified, the conditions for that kind of life have eroded. It's a bitter reality for many - unless a man can provide - emotionally, financially, or otherwise - his value is often overlooked. Men are shown little compassion unless they produce something of value. And poetically, this absence of compassion often comes from other men who are battling the same internal quiet war. Although I haven't followed all of his content, much of it seems to stem from a desire to map the changing dynamics of connection, identity, and meaning. He appears to be trying to teach metacognition at a basic level, to offer others tools for awareness - and this often comes from pain. Teachers teach because they've suffered. They know because they had to learn the hard way. That impulse to offer truth is, in itself, a form of giving. Still, in the age of social media, truth is never neutral - it always flows through an individual lens - shaped by values, insight, and wound. And so, like any writing or worldview, it must not be taken as gospel, but as a perspective to be considered. What I find telling is how quickly he is ridiculed - not just for what he says, but for daring to say it honestly. For expressing, even in anonymity, a wish for something as basic as reciprocity. We expect men - especially those seen as "teachers", a role often assigned by the very society that consumes their ideals - to be endlessly magnanimous, yet we flinch when they desire for something human in return. His view may be jaded - but it is his reality, shaped by a lifetime only he has lived, no one else knows the full weight of his history. And the real tragedy is that he's not alone. Many men - especially those who feel deeply or think abstractly - carry the same silent ache. Compassion won't fix it - but it opens a door. It softens the edges of disillusionment, and makes it possible to sit with complexity rather than push it away. Without compassion, we lose the very things we all claim to want - connection, understanding, a better way forward.

This is legitimately sad. It's also rock solid proof you probably shouldn't be taking this guy's advice on anything.

Not everything is genes, we need to understand that in living systems it is not always good to consider a reductionist approach. We are a system that has a subtle dance between environment, nervous system, and epigenetics. Have we really studied how emotions impact disease?

Trauma really is the frontier in the next step of human evolution. Forget about AI and technology, those are only tools that people take for granted that will help us expand consciousness. Consciousness is something already there accessible by any human through the bodymind.
